Day guests over twelve pay a support contribution of €9.00 for the day wristband, sold at Weissensee Information, from the municipality and from the ice butlers; guests of PremiumCard establishments use the ice free of charge.

- The Weissensee tourism board's page says a thin sheet of ice begins to form on the small western part of the lake towards the end of November and that from mid-December to the beginning of March the ice is used for skating.
