A full service pro shop inside The ICE Complex, the Cumming rink.
The ICE Pro Shop
The ICE Pro Shop is the counter inside The ICE Complex in Cumming, the Forsyth County rink that opened in August 2010 to bring figure skating and ice hockey to the county. The rink calls it a full service pro shop for skating equipment and service needs, and it is the place to go for skaters on the far north side of the metro.
Its stock leans to hockey: protective equipment, sticks and accessories, along with apparel for the Bandits, the rink's own youth hockey program. The rink around it runs public skating, Learn to Skate classes, freestyle sessions and house and travel hockey, so most of the people at the counter are already in the building for a session.
Call the rink before a trip just for the shop, and mention figure blades when you leave a pair before a test or a competition.
Not stated: hockey, goalie, figure, speed / long-track, recreational & rental.
