What this place is
A Pure Hockey store; every store in the chain has a skate service center.
Pure Hockey Mayfield Heights
Pure Hockey’s Mayfield Heights store is the chain’s east-side shop for Cleveland, on Mayfield Road a few minutes from the rink at Gilmour Academy, which is about 2 km away.
Like every Pure Hockey, it has a service center where skates are sharpened or fixed. Staff can send a text when your pair is ready, so you can leave the skates, run an errand nearby and come back rather than stand at the counter.
If you skate on a particular hollow, write it down and bring it with the skates so the technician can match it the first time.
Thornton Park Ice Arena in Shaker Heights and the Cleveland Heights Community Center rink are the next indoor rinks, each about 10 km away, and the chain’s other Cleveland store is in North Olmsted on the west side.
Not stated: hockey, goalie, figure, speed / long-track, recreational & rental.
Repairs
Skates fixed at the store’s service center.
