B&R Sports’ Rochester Hills store, at Suburban Ice Rochester.
B&R Sports Rochester Hills
Suburban Ice Rochester, on Dequindre Road at the Macomb County line, has a B&R Sports store inside the building for the rink’s hockey families. The chain’s locator lists the store under its short name, B&R Sports Rochester.
For skaters in Rochester and Rochester Hills it is the closest hockey shop with a service counter; Expert Bladz in downtown Rochester and the DICK’S on South Rochester Road are each about two miles away, and B&R’s Shelby Township store, with fit centres from all three major skate makers, is about five miles south-east.
Since the shop is inside the rink, a sharpening can be fitted around a practice, but on busy weekends it is safer to drop skates off early and pick them up after your session.
