What this place is
A DICK'S Sporting Goods store whose page lists skate services.
DICK'S Sporting Goods Canton
In a shopping centre on Michigan Avenue in Canton, this DICK’S Sporting Goods is less than a mile from Arctic Edge Ice Arena, which makes it a practical stop for families heading to a learn-to-skate class or a game there. Its store page lists skate services, which the chain says vary by store.
It is aimed at a family buying a first pair, who can have the new skates looked after where they were bought. Arctic Edge also has a Detroit Custom Skate Shop counter inside for figure skaters, and Play It Again Sports on Ford Road sharpens skates at a posted price.
Call DICK’S before bringing in a pair bought somewhere else.
Keep the receipt from the skate purchase, since the free service is tied to skates bought at the store.
Not stated: hockey, goalie, figure, speed / long-track, recreational & rental.
Fitting & heat molding
Fitting adjustments, free with a skate bought at the store.
