Public skating at Door Creek Park Outdoor Rink: the next 7 days
Currently out of season The City of Madison Parks Division's ice skating page says "All ice rinks and designated skating lagoons are closed for the season" and lists every rink as Closed for Season; no 2026-27 opening date is posted. The City opens a rink or lagoon only after assessing the ice, and its warming shelters typically staff skate rentals and concessions through early to mid-February once the ice is open. The City's ice skating page lists Door Creek Park Ice Skating (Closed for Season). Official schedule update
