Stockholms stad says its flooded skating rinks are normally always open to the public.
Source checked · · Official source
Currently out of season Stockholms stad says the Sannadalsparkens skating rink is a natural-ice rink flooded when the temperature is stable below 0 degrees, between week 51 and week 11; its page, updated 26 January 2026, gives no opening date for the coming winter and the page also says the rink will be flooded during winter 2026. The city does not publish ice conditions for this rink: its skating guide says it has no service for telling whether the ice is frozen or in what state it is, so check the ice yourself before you go.
