Home ice of the Perth Blue Wings

The Perth & District Community Centre hosts ice sports and community events. Its 185-by-85-foot ice surface has seating for up to 340 people. It is home to the Perth Blue Wings Junior Hockey Club, Perth Lanark Minor Hockey and the Perth Figure Skating Club.

The Blue Wings were founded in 1936. They play in the Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League. Between the 2014-15 and 2019-20 seasons the league was rebranded as the Central Canada Hockey League Tier 2. It went back to the Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League name in 2021. The club moved to private ownership in May 2013 under Michael McLean, the former owner of the Smiths Falls Bears. After the COVID-19 pandemic, McLean sold the franchise to local buyers Bryan Greer and Jeff Choffe. The Blue Wings won the Barkley Cup in 2019 and again in 2023.
